We are grateful for your interest in AJC English School. Admissions are open to classes from KG to XII. Admissions are based on the performance in the entrance test and the availability of seats in the respective classes. We strictly adher to the guidelines of the regulatory bodies such as CBSE and the Directorate of Education. Admission process is designed in accordance with the instructions available from time to time. Our admission process serves several important purposes. It allows parents to be better acquainted with our mission, values and practices. Likewise, it provides us with the opportunity to learn about your expectations and goals of your child’s education.Admission is granted purely on the basis of relevant guidelines.
Eligibility / Age Criteria
Kindergarten
• For Pre-KG, the child should have completed 2.6 years.
• For Junior KG, the child should have completed 3 years.
• For Senior KG, the child should have completed 4 years.
• The age is reckoned as on 1st June of the year of admission.
Required Documents For Admission
Kindergarten (2022 - 2023)
1. Xerox copy of Birth certificate
2. Xerox copy of Community certificate
3. Xerox copy of Aadhar card
4. One copy of Passport size colour photo
Note: - All original documents are to be produced for verification at the time of admission.
Class I to IX
Eligibility for admission is based on the performance in the entrance test and the norms specified by the admission committee.
Application forms will be issued by the school office for classes where seats are available, on payment of the prescribed fee. Enquires will be entertained around January.
The selected candidates are requested to fill in the admission form and deposit the prescribed fee for admission.
Required Documents For Admission
Class I - VIII (2022 – 2023)
1. Xerox copy of Birth certificate issued by the Government.
2. Transfer certificate issued by the previous school.
3. Xerox copy of Community certificate issued by the concern authority.
4. Xerox copy of the Aadhar card.
5. Photocopy of the mark sheet of the previous class, if applicable.
6. One copy of recent coloured passport size photo.
Note: - All original documents are required for verification in the hour of admission.

Class IX ( 2022 – 2023)
1. Self attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
2. Self attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)
a. Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
b. Domicile certificate of Child or of his/her parents.
c. Voter ID (EPIC) of any of the parents.
d. Electricity Bill/MTNL/ Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of the parents of Child.
e. Aadhar Card / UID issued in the name of any of the parents.
(Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)
3. Previous year report card of class VIII
4. School Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.
